Professor Ken Hammond and K.J. Noh of Pivot to Peace spoke on the Critical Hour radio show to discuss updates on the US-China relations.

Professor Ken Hammond, professor of East Asian and global history at New Mexico State University and activist discusses the implications of Air Force Secretary Frank Kendall’s recent statement affirming that China will be his main focus, seeking additional funds from the Pentagon to address these concerns. Frank Kendall was also the former Vice President of Raytheon, one of the largest weapons manufacturers in the US. Ken discusses the potential for yet another example of war profiteering and corruption surrounding the US Empire’s war machine.

K. J. Noh, peace activist, writer, and teacher, speaks about the new US, UK and Australia alliance aimed at Russia and China. This new alliance, known as “AUKUS,” has larger implications for the Asia-Pacific region.
